Welcome to Myppe LLC (“Myppe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a marketing agency based in Miami, Florida.

By accessing our website, using our services, or interacting with our platform or app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Myppe / Company: Refers to Myppe LLC, a marketing agency providing content creation, digital marketing, and proprietary app-based tools.

  • Client: Any individual or business that hires or interacts with our services.

  • Services: Includes content creation, marketing strategy, social media management, advertising, consulting, and access to the Myppe App.

  • Platform / App: Refers to our proprietary system used for content management, publishing, analytics, and AI-powered tools.

2. Services

Myppe provides marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Content creation (video, social media, creative assets)

  • Digital marketing strategy and consulting

  • Social media management and publishing

  • Paid advertising (Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Access to our proprietary app and AI tools

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual agreements or proposals.

3. Use of the Myppe App

Our app is designed to support content creation and growth. By using it, you agree:

  • To use the platform only for lawful business and content purposes

  • Not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the system

  • That AI-generated suggestions are for guidance and do not guarantee results

We reserve the right to update, modify, or restrict access to the app at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for content and campaigns

  • Approve or request revisions within agreed timelines

  • Ensure that all materials provided comply with applicable laws (copyright, trademarks, etc.)

Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

5. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Content Ownership

  • All content produced by Myppe becomes the Client’s property once full payment is completed

  • Until payment is completed, all content remains property of Myppe LLC

Myppe reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies

  • Content plans

  • Internal processes

No information may be shared without prior written consent.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Myppe provides expertise, strategy, and execution; however:

  • We do not guarantee specific results (views, followers, sales, etc.)

  • Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, execution consistency, and external platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

Myppe LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities

  • Platform changes (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior notice as defined in the agreement

  • The Client must pay for all completed or in-progress work

11. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in social media platforms

  • Account bans, restrictions, or algorithm changes

  • Third-party tools or integrations

12. Modifications

Myppe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami, Florida.
